King Street is the redevelopment of two seventeenth century
townhouses in the historic centre of Norwich.
The properties are located on the Northern edge of the designated King Street Conservation Area and within the City Centre Conservation Area.
BC were invited to appraise the site and establish outline designs for the combining of the two properties into a single curtilage, to provide for a new retail unit at ground floor and two new dwellings on the upper floors.
