Albany Road is the refurbishment and reconfiguration of a Victorian terraced house in Walthamstow, London.
BC was appointed to develop the designs for an open plan living space at ground floor and the reconfiguration of an existing rear extension, allowing for a new galley kitchen and improved access to the garden.
Key interventions include a entrance vestibule around the front door, a new staircase and the opening up of the end of the extension to provide improved daylight and a view over the verdant garden.
