Vicarage Road
Vicarage Road is the renovation and fit-out of a small apartment on an infill site in Leyton.
Following a full strip-out of the existing fabric, the works included the reconfiguration and installation of a new kitchen to provide an improved open plan living space, reconfiguration of the bathroom area with integrated storage and utilities, and the erection of a studio outbuilding to the rear of a long garden.
BC provided both design services and fabrication of all joinery elements for the project.
